Cupid’s arrow is always on target, and this Valentine’s Day, you can be too with this classic take on the colors of love. For today’s creations, I used Baby Pink, Cocoa, Olive, and Tulip. The dash of O live is just the trick to balance out my generous use of pinks and reds. Today, I’ve created some classic valentines, along with a card- keeper—MUCH better for those school-card-exchanges than a simple shoebox, wouldn’t you agree? Every child in your household would love to take one of these to the classroom party!
And for a gift anyone would fall head over heels for, check out my “Cupid’s Bingo Game.” It’s made using stamped images, primarily from “So Lucky” (C1390) and “All My Love” (D1194) and this fabulous color combination. Each card needs 25 different images you should mix and match to make each Cupid Card unique, then create a master set of “calling cards” for the caller to use. Pick your favorite sweet treat as a marker—I choose yummy M&Ms, and you’ll have a delicious, heartfelt game the whole family will want to play year after year. You can even eat the markers when you’re done!
I really love the “So Lucky” set, which you’re going to see in upcoming Color Me Mondays—it’s an amazingly versatile set that works for both love and luck-themed projects. oh i almost missed this! it didn't pull up as normal, but i love it, love it, love it. that is the cutest bingo idea ever. wish i had time to do an entire classroom set. gotta be on next year's room mom to do list.
