I love this day! It gives me peace unlike any other day of the year. I feel so grateful for the knowledge that I have a divine savior, and my belief that He knows me individually, that He loves me and that He lives. There is a song that I love, “I Know That My Redeemer Lives.” All the verses are beautiful, but one has always made my heart swell:
He lives, my kind, wise, heavenly friend,
He lives and loves me to the end
He lives, and while He lives I’ll sing
He lives, my prophet, priest, and king.
There is much to sing about today—I’ll be singing, and I hope you will, too, for your beliefs, your blessings, and the wonderful peace it brings.
