Everything's been created in Dutch Blue and a warm palette of browns, including Bamboo, Desert Sand, and Cocoa. It's the perfect color combination for the silly, serious, or sentimental card for your father (or husband or granddad), and I hope the samples I've provided give you plenty of inspiration in plenty of time to create your own.
I've gotten a jump on June myself, using the June stamp of the month for my artwork. It's available tomorrow--you're going to love it!

ReplyDeleteI sometimes look through the idea book or how to books and think to myself, "hum... what stamp is that or what paper is that??" Almost, like i doubt it is even in the idea book at all. But then later look up in the recipes and find it is such and such paper. I am always amazed to find out it was a paper pack i thought i would never purchase (being it is not my style). My customers do the same thing, after we look up the recipe.

When I saw this color combo, I thought boring and then I was just blown away by the beauty of the artwork! I cannot pick color combos and have to go back to the old color combo books. I should know better than to argue with the experts on color! :-)
