Last week, Close To My Heart held its first official Consultant-only event in Australia, the Creative Kickoff. This event was the culmination of weeks of breakneck-paced work and tons of enthusiasm, on both the part of the corporate staff and our incredible new Consultants in Australia and prospective Consultants in New Zealand.
Held in Melbourne, the two-and-a-half-day event was full of new faces, long-time friendships renewed, eager creativity (with plenty of "a-ha" moments!), and great business training, as well as enough momentum to propel the new business "to infinity and beyond" (a nod to Australia General Manager Brian O'Callaghan, who started the event wearing a Buzz Lightyear costume and sharing Buzz cupcakes with all in attendance!
Although I wasn't there personally, I felt the love and support of our new friends so very much! Thank you for your warm wishes of support and your willingness to trust Close To My Heart on your new creative and business journey. We are so honored, humbled, and grateful that you've chosen Close To My Heart and pledge to provide you with an amazing experience.
We were able to honor our new leaders at the event as well. Here's a photo of all new Managers and above, as well as a shot of all those at Director title and above.
I'm thrilled that we already have so many focused on team-building and who are working to share this opportunity with many. With unparalleled recruiting in just the first six weeks of business, we were thrilled to recognize our first Presidential Director, Susan Wilmot, as well as Senior Executive Directors Diane Lampert and Ruth Burgess. We know there are more to come and we applaud your hard work and success!

ReplyDeleteI was privileged enough to be at Creative Kick Off. It was intense, the room buzzed with the excitement it was an amazing experience. THANK YOU for the support that we have received from all our CTMH family in the USA and Canada. It was inspiring to hear that the retention of the exec team was so high, It is not often that you hear of an Executive staying with and very loyal to a company for as long as our Exec team have, this tells me that they all love their jobs and why? Because CTMH is simply the best xx THANK YOU Jeanette for listening to us and seeing the vision of CTMH here in Australia and New Zealand.

It came home with clearer goals and really felt that it was true - EVERYONE IS WELCOME HERE :) The warmth, energy and emotion of the weekend will not be forgotten. Even though you were not there you were - Your team made sure of that :)
ReplyDeleteAs I read this I shed tears of JOY. I'm a sister consultant in Canada who feels so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful family at Close To My Heart. What a blessing to expand our family to Australia and New Zealand. I thank God everyday for all the amazing things that CTMH has brought not only to my life but to thst of my family as well.
