Today’s Art from the Heart—My Mother’s Day Workshop

Like most of you, I love to create cards with my friends. So I thought I would show you a group of Mother’s Day cards I am doing for my workshop! Me? Doing a workshop? Yes, that’s right! I started this company 25 years ago doing workshops and every once in a while I am as happy as a lark to share what I love doing in the very same setting. I am super excited!

There isn’t a lot of stamping, but for my group of friends it is just the kind of card they want to make. Each card is 5" x 7", uses just a few products, and a set of three whips up fast. Here’s the recipe for these Mother’s Day cards:

Z7100B Level 2 Perfect Day Paper Packet
1388 Colonial White 12 x 12 cardstock
Z2165 Juniper Exclusive Inks™ Pad
X1405 Fancy Cuts® Botanicals
D1261 Simple Beauty
Z1104 Clear Sparkles
(Connection Club) Token Treasures
(If you don’t have a set of the Token Treasures, you can use stamp set C1361 Buttoned Together or B1282 Sensational Seals to create the flower centers.)

Surprise your mom—and your mother-in-law, too—with one of these simple inspirations. And surprise yourself with great cards made in minutes. It’s a Mother’s Day treat for everybody!

  1. Beautiful! Your artwork is always stunning! It is amazing that you still do workshops. I don't know how you fit them in but, good for you! I am so very excited for regional celebrations. I can't wait to meet the master mind in person!

  4. Jeanette - these are beautiful - thank you!! I became a CTMH consultant in January. I've scrapbooked since I was 9 years old, and I'm now in my forties. The two things that I love most about CTMH are your idea books, and the matching color palettes. I get so excited about sharing them with my customers! Thank you for continuing to inspire beautiful new ideas!
