I woke up this morning to an amazing sight: our first huge snowstorm, which has left my entire world blanketed in lush powder. This is one of my favorite moments. I love feeling the warmth of my home while watching the snow fall to the ground like little fluffs of cotton. The snow is the inspiration for today’s Color Me Monday scheme, which is perfect for frosty cards featuring cold flurries and warm messages. I selected two of my favorite blues, Outdoor Denim and Crystal Blue. Then I added complementary Sorbet to help brighten the blues, with a dash of Cocoa—who doesn’t love Cocoa on a wintry morning?
The cards will add a touch of warmth to anyone’s day… and I love the sweet and simple idea of cocoa packets with bag toppers. This little gift is perfect for a neighbor treat (‘tis the season, you know!): affordable, personal, sensational! Today’s the perfect day to stay indoors and experiment with color to create something sensational of your own. Enjoy your winter wonderland!

Jeanette, love the new idea book for spring. I was hoping to see the blank cards with the bracket edges that were in one of the free monthly card kits. We all LOVE those cards. Do you think CTMH could sell those?
