Say It With Burgers

There are a lot of ways to say thank you. And Close To My Heart employees are among the finest, hardest working people I know, so you can bet I'm saying thank you A LOT. And for one day every year, that thank-you takes a unique form: it comes on a bun! That's right, this week, we celebrated the annual Lynton Burger Day, a day where David fires up the grill and our great events staff slices up the condiments, and our executive team is on hand to dole out the sodas and watermelon. (And don't forget the worst-named but tastiest ice cream treat, the "Fat Boy." Yum!)

It's a great day for the teams to laugh and eat and take a break from their incredibly busy days. And even though this time we held the event later in the year than usual, the fall weather was crisp and glorious and proved a perfect day for being outside. Thank you, great Close To My Heart employees! You make it a joy to do what we do all year 'round, and I'm so appreciative of your many talents!
