My Favorite Stamp Set: Hello Tweety

Well, it may still be a little over a week off, but it is finally starting to feel like Spring after what has been a long, cold winter. Today’s artwork definitely embraces the kinds of colors I am looking forward to, using Chantilly and Claire papers and today’s feature stamp set, Hello Tweety (B1420). Our artist picked this set because of how well it captures all the energy and excitement of spring. She especially loved the intricate birdcage image, which you will see put to good use in the artwork below. Let these projects help welcome spring to your area, too!

Everything about this layout just shouts “Spring!” from the Crystal Blue ink spritzed onto the bright White Daisy cardstock base to the delicate Cricut 3-D spiral flower. The flourish image from the Hello Tweety stamp set adds a beautiful, extravagant touch along the edges of the Claire Chevron paper. The sentiment about flowers and songbirds also captures the feelings that come with the awakening of life this time of year.

This card sets off the cheerful Sorbet stamped birds with an elaborate birdcage stamped in Slate on the background. These two elements seem to balance around the “Miss You” sentiment, which with two words, perfectly blends the happiness inherent in treasured relationships with the sadness of being apart. Such a tender card.

Our final card shows the birdcage image stamped in Hollyhock with the accompanying chain image. Our artist stamped and cut a little bird in Whisper, popping it up in front of the cage using foam tape. The card still maintains a bright color combination, but clearly fits any season!

This set’s blend of beautiful images and stylized sentiments makes it a sure bet, especially for this time of year. Here’s looking forward to another glorious spring just around the corner!
